What is UK SRS?

UK Sustainability Reporting Standards (UK SRS S1 and S2) are the UK’s versions of the ISSB standards, published on 25 February 2026. S1 covers general sustainability disclosures and S2 covers climate.

Who it applies to

Voluntary for now. The Financial Conduct Authority has consulted on requiring them for listed companies, and the government plans to cover large private companies, but no thresholds have been set.
