Questions providers ask
Is a free listing really free?
Yes. No fee, no time limit, no card details. You only pay if you choose Sponsored placement or Spotlight.
How does paying for Sponsored work?
Choose monthly or yearly in your account and pay through Razorpay by card. The plan renews automatically and Razorpay emails a receipt each time. Cancel from your account whenever you like; your listing stays Sponsored until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I remove a negative review?
No, and that’s what makes reviews here worth reading. You can reply publicly, and you can report a review that breaks our rules (for example, if the reviewer was never a client). We check every report.
Does Sponsored improve my rating or ranking?
No. Sponsored listings appear in their own labelled section. Your place in the main results and your rating depend only on relevance and verified reviews.
We’re already listed. How do we take over the listing?
Find your company and choose “Claim this listing”. If your email is at your company’s website domain, you get access straight away.
What do you do with our data?
We publish the listing details you give us. Enquiries from your contact form go to you, and our team keeps a copy to stop spam. Reviewers’ email addresses are never shown.
